Conservative group Citizens United must abide by campaign finance laws if it wants to run TV ads promoting its anti-Hillary Rodham Clinton movie, a federal court ruled Tuesday. If Citizens United wants to run its ads in key election states during the peak primary season, it must attach a disclaimer and disclose its donors.
